Mental Game
- Weigh-in MWF.
- Write results daily at 5 p.m.
- Plan for next day at 5 p.m.
- Reach the planning vision / mindmap ideal - computer lock fmk. Food lock?
Diet
- INTJ: Visualize, find the one vision, plan, systematize.
- 120 oz. water daily.
- Lots of roughage: Cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower, etc.
- at least 100g protein daily.
- No more cereal, milk, leftovers, or regular graham / other crackers.
- Plateaus: Competing goal-visions. Figure out which one to pursue.
Computer Lock Framework
- Motivation High?
- Know overall steps to completion of day?
- Comfort OK? Hydration, mints, bathroom?
- Entertainment plan? Podcast, TV show, radio, etc.?
- Grasping handles on everything--know all next steps?
- Ordered tasks easiest-first?
- Waster sites to hosts file?
- Divine-asked for achievement?
- Wrote long form?
Daily Blank Page Template
- Take your pills

- Read your scriptures and take notes
- Write long hand or in typed template OR work thru jrnal tmplate
- Write to-do list
- Make a diet or calorie plan for the day, include hydration
- Plan exercise and cardio
- Expansion & Supremacy: A, B, C, D: I.D. simplest components
- Schedule day + time when you'll schedule tomorrow's stuff
- Based on yesterday: Any new sites to hosts?
- Tip: Write small, lk in Japan. Use imagery, use Japanese.
Persevere
- List your gratitudes and have a positive attitude: You've done it before.
- Remember to work together: Ask friends, peers, and others for help.
- Identify and locate the type of courage needed.
- Move forward with a logging/tracking mindset and frequent resets.
